Auntie Ann's usually earns a five-star rating from me, but I'm compelled to raise a serious concern about this particular location inside Walmart, where I've enjoyed their pretzels for years. Recently, over the last two months, I've noticed a soapy taste to the pretzels. This isn't a one-off; it's happened more than once, and my palate is quite sensitive—I can discern individual ingredients in my food. Could someone from this store or from Auntie Ann's corporate office please investigate? I wouldn't normally take the time to write about this, but it's become distressing as it's now affecting my enjoyment of what used to be a favorite treat.
Garbage and stale pretzels!! Make the drive to another location.They skimp on the dough, leaving tiny pretzel dogs and tiny pretzel bites.Waste of money!

This place is just awful. Dirty sitting area, overflowing trash cans, and a rude cashier who was annoyed because he had to get up and ring my ice tea up. I wish they would just close this location and bring in a Philly Pretzel factory here.

I have the mobile app for this store on my phone. I recently earned a free pretzel of my choice that I was set to use for my 5 yr old at the Somerdale store. The same owners for this Auntie Annie's also run the Subway in this Wal- Mart. I waited behind ywo separate customers who were ordering food at the Subway for about 15 mins to get my youngest a pretzel that he always points to when we are at this Wal - Mart. The owner REFUSED to take my coupon on the app, which I had already redeemed and now I lost because of her not taking it. I hit the Roof and was peeved. "But...your Auntie Annie's...the same like any other store." We dont take coupons. Really? My son was very upset with me leaving the store to crying and wailing. I referred to Yelp and saw that this store has not received the best feedback from previous customers and I was not happy with this experience as well going to the Somerdale location. SMH...
