Terrible service!! Slow!! Slow!!! Slow fire everyone and get new workers waited 15 minutes in the drive through line for 1 coffee!!! And there was only 3 cars ahead of me!! I sat at the window for 5 minutes while employees walked around and did nothing!!

Service takes FOR EVER.. they also just close & open whenever they want.. the hours are very unreliable. If you don’t have all day to sit in their drive thru waiting for a coffee, I’d suggest going somewhere else.

Literally always overcharge me….
Got a bagel today with extra cream cheese and literally less cream cheese than regular. Had the audacity to charge me over 5$ for it.

Went through the drive through and ordered sausage and cheese on a bagel. They chose to put it on a cinnamon raisin bagel. In what universe does that make sense. I assumed the default bagel for sandwiches was plain.

Nice clean DD. Bathrooms were spotless. The place was decorated well and looked pretty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was correct in our order.

My husband and I went there this morning for coffee, inside was a little crowded. Drive thru was jam packed. My husband loved whatever kind of Iced Coffee he got.
