Great pizza and a great location with a really unique pickup window. Highly recommend the panzerottiParking: Plenty of parking in the lot and adjacent lots nearby, but a little tricky to come in behind the side street, luckily there's a sign to point it out
Ordered through slice for 6pm delivery for a party I was having. They delivered at 4:40pm and no one was home to even receive the pizza, I saw it on my ring camera. I called and they basically said oops ok we’ll deliver new pizza at 6. Great! So I called a neighbor and said hey there’s pizza on my doorstep, feel free to grab it and eat it for dinner. I would have just had to throw it out when I got home. At 6pm they deliver new pizzas and the driver asked for the old pizzas back. We explained we didn’t have them. He then got the owner on the phone, who tried demanding the old pizzas back and told us “come on, this isn’t fair to us, we’re going to lose money”. I again explain the situation and he was getting upset on the phone, so the conversation got heated and we basically shut our door on the delivery driver. By the owners demands for the pizzas as well as the nature of the comments he was making, I fully believe they were going to take those pizzas and put them in the case to sell by the slice. After the pizzas had been in my possession for an hour and 20 minutes. This is extremely concerning and I would be cautious eating there for food safety reasons.

We ordered a large pizza, chicken Cesar salad, & waffle fries.We had not gone here for a while due to bad food the last time. This time it was worse, the pizza had no flavor and the pepperoni was skimpy and did not taste right. My husband bit into 2 big pieces of grissle in the chicken in the salad. The fries were under cooked and had no flavor.Will never go back!!!

If I can give a zero star I would. I had hair all over my food the lat time I placed an order. I try and give them a chance for the first time in over a year and they canceled my order. Papa John's is better than here wast of time and money. Ordered over a half hr before close tipped well and still to lazy to stay real shameful

I used to come here regularly and get chicken pizza cheesesteaks. They were my go to since 2020, but lately I feel like the quality has gone down. Less cheese and much less marinara sauce, but yet somehow very liquidy so that the roll gets super soggy and I kid you not, tomato juice squirts out when you take a bite lol. And the chicken just doesn’t taste the same. I used to come here almost weekly for my sandwich because I looked forward to it and it was just so good, everything was right, the sauce, the cheese, the roll being toasted, etc. But For the past several months I just have not felt nearly the same enthusiasm for the food that I felt a year or so ago. The price increase does not help either. I understand inflation is bad and businesses have to keep up with the prices of chicken and other ingredients, but when the quality decreases and the price goes up, I just really don’t have much of a desire to get food from here anymore. Not that I am totally giving up on G&G’s, I would like to maybe come back and hope for an improvement, go back to the way chicken pizza steaks were made in 2021. I don’t know if maybe there is a change in management or the recipe is different or something. I really enjoy coming in there, the employees are always super friendly, no complaints there, it’s just the quality of food has gone down in my opinion.

First time ordering here and definitely the last. We ordered $70 worth of food. Waited 2 hours. When it arrived, it was all cold and tasted nasty. I called to let them know and the gentleman said “wow. That’s odd”. No offer to resend hot food or credit the account. So after WASTING $70, I had to drive to wawa and get my kids food.

We’ve been ordering consistently from them almost every week for years but just cannot justify these new prices anymore. $9 for 4 pieces of bruschetta?! $20 for pasta with vodka sauce?
