I have ordered from this papa john’s in the past and it was lovely. However, I don’t know what has changed but for the past couple of months up to almost a year their food has been horrible. My family got sick from their food because the pizza is not fully cooked and they don’t get my order right. They must have blocked my number or something because anytime I call from my phone it hangs up, but if I call from another number it goes through. Weird. Anyhow, I would NOT recommend ordering from them unless you want food poisoning :/. The pizza in the photos is not cooked and ones supposed to be sausage and the other pepperoni, as you can see it’s not what I ordered.

Wings were small and shriveled. Sauce just drizzled on top. I’m pretty sure that isn’t what papa John’s had in mind. Gave me one order of BBQ wings. The label said buffalo. Good thing we like bbq. It’s really not that hard!

You need to start putting tamper proof stickers on the boxes and containers. Like seriously how do I know it wasn’t tampered with. Ridiculous!!
Why accept my order and my money? Then wait 40 minutes to cancel my order it and close. Fulfill my order! Wasted just enough of my time for every other place to close too while I was waiting

I order from here often. Pizza is always good but the store doesn’t use the Papa John tracking system correctly. Every time it says my order is ready, I arrive at the store and have to wait another 5 minutes for it to finish. I’m fine with my order taking longer, just be honest!
