They were a no call/no show to our birthday party after being promised multiple times that Blue Bunny truck would be there. If you do decide to take the chance, make sure you have a back up plan and do not rely on them actually showing up. They give a bad name for their business as well as for Blue Bunny, which is sad because Blue Bunny makes a great product.

Recently hired a Mister Softee truck from them for my son's birthday party.I was impressed by how easy it was to schedule, especially since the party was on a Saturday and I called Thursday afternoon. The driver was very sweet to the kids and remembered not to play the "Mister Softee song" driving down the road as I requested, since it was a surprise party. The ice cream was also really good and a bit of welcome relief from the heat!
