sooooo gooooodddd my god it is good!!!!! whenever i drive by this place that beautiful smell makes me CRAZY!! last time i went i got da pulled pork sandwich and dayum i tore that thing apart, plus the fries were good too, and there was even a cute dog, what more can i say? 10/10
Back bay barbecue is one of those places kind of under the radar that you don’t really see much of where there’s no wait for a table and the food is amazing. Especially their ribs. They smoked the so good every time I tried to pick them up they came right off the bone. And my friend who never eats shrimp got the coconut shrimp and said he loved it. As we sat down the owner came walking around to every table making sure everyone was enjoying their food and his adorable dog...
We went tonight. Food and service was great. We had brisket, pulled pork,tuna, ribs, shrimp skewers, pastrami, cowboy beans, Mac and cheese and onion rings. Everything was cooked to perfection. My Mom who is 93 was thrilled to see Mavericks who is a beautiful yellow lab. We've been several times and never disappointed. The owner talked to us several times. We will definitely be back
