“Ordered a 10 inch coconut 4 layer cake for the 4th of July weekend. The cake was so delicious and was a big hit with everyone. I also picked up for myself a slice of Blueberry Cobbler Cheesecake. It was a nice light texture and at the same time taste very rich. Both were awesome. Can't wait to try some more things.“

“Lisa’s sweet treats is a little quaint bakery on asbury ave. I went for donuts and sweets after my visit to OCNJ. I always save it for last because it truly is the best. The donuts are fried to perfection and taste way better than any other donuts I’ve had. The lady (may have been Lisa herself) working today was super sweet and brought a smile to my face. I picked out a white cream filled chocolate donut with a chocolate chip cream cheese danish. I also got a few things for my friend. I must say they were fantastic. The cream filling is to die for with a somewhat salty sweet balance in my opinion. The danish was spectacular with a fresh cream cheese filling. I also got a jelly filled donut with powdered sugar which was superb. The jelly was smooth and real compared to other jelly filled donuts. 10/10 I look forward to coming here again and again.“

“Baked by the Ocean made cookies for the football team for after practice a few weeks ago and my kids keep asking when they are making them again. They ask almost everyday to stop at the bakery it’s their favorite. They are also super super friendly. We’ve always had wonderful experiences going there.“

“While visiting friends in New Jersey, I learned about this wonderful luscious macaroon specialty shop. The ladies welcomed us and shared some of their delightful macaroons and biscotti. I ordered a mix sampler to be shipped to Hawaii and it was packed nicely and arrived in perfect condition! The box included extra "thank you" treats too. I would recommend visiting their shop in New Jersey or ordering on the Internet.

Other than that, their sandwiches are excellent. They are $10 for a small takeout container size when you order through Uber Eats I am not sure if the restaurant is even aware of this or if this is actually the price because if so, this cost more than a side of breakfast meat and a dollar less than the cost of a breakfast sandwich.“

“I've been coming here since I was a kid. They used to have a large array of items, including pigs in blankets and egg custard tarts. Lots of fruity cakes on display, and a variety of buns and breads... Nowadays, they seem to moreso have coconut custard bread, BBQ pork buns (char siu bao - I always look it up, but Google claims the only places that sell it are in Philly), cake rolls, cookies, and sweet bread. Bubble tea is good here, too. For first-timers: Go for the things that would generally move quickly, to ensure freshness - I recommend the almond cookies, which are extremely delicate and mildly sweet.The woman working the counter always says that she doesn't speak English, but if you treat her kindly and keep that barrier in mind, she'll be respectful in return. While she was generally happier when I was a child, I think the years of dealing with people have left her worn out. So think of the soup chef from Seinfeld; point at what you want, pay for it, thank her, and move along.“

“Cinnabon on the boardwalk! What else could you ask for? They brew fresh coffee and always have plenty of cinnamon treats available all hours of the day and night. This shop was a nice added touch to the boardwalk where Mia’s Christmas shop was. A little pricey but that’s what you would expect for the boardwalk convenience.“
