Chester’s has the BEST donuts I’ve ever had in my life. I have a huge sweet tooth so I love how much icing they put on them. I’m definitely going to make sure I stop by every time I’m in Jersey.

Stopped by on Saturday morning for a glazed donut. I'd give it a 6/10. I've been on the hunt for the best donut and had my fair share so far. The donut is light, kinda holy on the inside that it's airy. Con: the glaze is a bit too sweet, on the flatter side and not fluffy enough. It has a little bit of the frying oil flavor. Staff were all welcoming and friendly.

I was in search of a local bakery near work and found a few, but none were open early enough to help me on my quest for donuts @ 6 am for work. So, I decided to pop in Chester's and see what they had to offer. I was pleasantly surprised to see an array of donuts that looked really good in the display cases. It was hard for me to choose some of the options bc there were plenty. I asked for 2 dozen and the kind young lady who greeted me held my hand as she walked me through the options. There were Boston Cream, Chocolate Glazed, Regular Glazed, Chocolate Frosted Cinnamon Bun, Apple Filled, Jelly Filled, Vanilla with Sprinkles, Chocolate with Sprinkles, Cinnamon, etc. I tried to get as many as I could. The young lady rang me up and taped the boxes. I paid $50 and left a tip. She was happy and so was I. Off to work I went with my donuts. When I arrived, people almost ran me over to grab donuts from the boxes. Everyone was happy with the choices. There's nothing like FRESH donuts that are made by a bakery (yea, I think you can tell I am not a Dunkin Donuts type of girl, lol).
