Worst Dunkin Donuts I've been too. One of the Managers, a guy(the Obese one), should not be in Customer Service. His attitude is horrible! He tries to start arguments with customers(It just comes out of left field). I realize they hire just anyone because they can't get decent help.

i ordered through the drive thru and the lady was so rude and very short with me. when i got to the window there was no one there! i sat there for 10 mins waiting for someone to come out from the back! i heard lots of arguing and yelling. finally they came out and forgot what i ordered.was not professional at all!

This is my go to location and we have 3 in the area. Always right order, great staff and considering how packed they are at times, they get you in and out. 10+ visits later still the same great service

Bad, very bad experience. Start to finish 20 minutes to get a regular coffee. I was 2nd in line and it took 10 minutes to get to the counter. A guy behind me had 4 boxes of coffee and got so frustrated he just dropped them on the floor and walked out. I don’t agree with that at all. My order was simple, extra large coffee with a little extra cream. When I got home and opened the top it had so much cream it was undrinkable. Five people working but no system. When I was driving out of lot the line of cars in the drive through was so long it effected traffic.

When you read this, make sure that you give it a shot of cleaning up , the place needs a little TLC. . The drive thru Window it’s disgusting ,take a little windex and clean ? it !!! today Wednesday November 20 11am . The person at the window should be trained properly and without the finger in her nose !! Thank you management PS stay on top your employee . Readings a review before mine of Rebecca 2 months an ago , she stated that since the renovation the place is clean, but employees are slow Fulfilling orders , but after few months the place is dirty again .

For a store that takes this long to fulfill an order, it would be nice if they at least get it right. On multiple occasions I have ordered a coffee at least 15 minutes before picking it up and when I arrive it still isn't made. Nobody pays attention to the pickup/mobile order area of the counter so you can even inquire about the status of your order. I consistently order an iced latte and ask for no whipped cream, and about 8/10 times it has whipped cream. I cannot send it back because I am usually in a rush since I had to wait so long for the drink. The staff are generally nice, but they do not read the drink orders and fulfill them appropriately. Since the remodel the shop is clean and nice, but The service is slow.

There was no one else in the store. I watch 5 workers taking care of the drive thru. After a few minutes of being ignored, I asked if anyone was working the counter. One person said "I just got here". She turned away from me, I walk out and they CHEERED saying "The first one of the day". What a joke of a store.

B Moving

Always grumpy! Never fill coffee cups! You will get half a cup of coffee at this location. Watched 3 customers walk back in with incorrect orders within 9 minutes while waiting for my one cup of coffee. Not very good

The staff is too busy chitchatting amongst themselves. The music is blaring LOUD and I couldn’t sit there for more than 10 minutes. The staff all seem more interested in singing along with whatever music they were listening to. I am interested in music, but not when I wanna have a cuppa coffee just relax a little bit. I’ve come here a lot of times, but I won’t come back
