I am appalled at the customer service at Philadelphia Pretzels in Somers Point.. purchased a bucket of rivets to get a whole bucket of over cooked burnt pretzels. I called an expressed my disappointed and went back to the store to have them remedy the situation. All the woman would offer is another bucket of over cooked burnt rivets.... I asked for my money back and she refused.. She told me either take the new bucket of over cooked rivets or nothing. This is NOT customer service. You know you over cooked the rivets they should not be dark brown as this leaves a horrible metallic taste when you eat them... I have throughout the years purchased many trays and usually dealt with the man who owns the store or his mother who was always sweet to deal with but the woman I spoke with says she is the sister and her customer service is horrible. Sorry I will not be giving my business to them anymore and letting all my friends and family know to go elsewhere....

What a relief to find such a friendly person behind the counter waiting with warm pretzels. 5 for 4 USD (as shown) and plenty of up close parking near storefront. Thank You for a nice experience. Have a lovely day and the hot pretzels at 10am on a Monday were a real treat!
