Primos is probably one of my Favorite subs shops. Normally I go to the one in Ocean City, but they are having work done. So I decided to go to the Somers point location. When I got there, it was empty. 2 very nice gentleman were there. No issues with their service at all. But the sandwich itself. Total utter disappointment. Especially since I'm use to the amazing quality in OC. I was expecting the same. But no, it was a gross mess of sloppily thrown together ingredients. The cheese was cut so thick, I feel like maybe it was an end piece. Threw off the flavor, tomato's we're old an gross. The onions were off color. Barely any mayo. Just a fail. I don't think I'll be back if this is a common thing. Such a waste of time and money to go there. Photo I got I was try to show how thick the cheese was. Doesn't do it justice. And the meat sitting like that is how it was when I opened it. I just opened it. But it was just a mess. Compared to what I'm used to getting

Ordered a hoagie for delivery, worst hoagie I ever had period. Stale roll , American cheese that wasn’t, smelled horribly. One bite and done for good at summers point primo

Absolutely awful. Literally 2 slices of meat and 1 piece of cheese. Barely any lettuce or onions and roll was trash. Created an account to I could leave this review. Place should shut down.

Gone here a few times and the service is always bad. Tonight tried to order a hoagie at 7:40 pm but they locked the door and the 2 workers wouldn’t come to the door although their phone/store front literally both state they don’t close until 8 pm. Worst service from a Primo’s

This place needs a manager. Plain and simple. Who is in charge here? The place is FILTHY. I'm begging you to check on your Somers Point location.
I’ve never personally been inside the store front so I can’t speak for atmosphere but today when I went to order my hoagie my card was charged but my order was never pushed through. I was already having a rough day so this on top of everything was the icing on the cake. I called the store a few times before I got ahold of someone but I’m sure they’re very busy. Whoever answered the phone was polite & insanely accommodating. I told her what had happened and they actually offered to make my hoagie for me without worrying about a second charge! I’m not gonna lie, some businesses have tried to double charge me in instances like this but I was really grateful with their quick & friendly service

Micheal Alex and Joe gave me the best experience I’ve ever had in a primos with excellent speeds and really made me feel welcome! The food was amazing these guys are GREAT!

does the owner know what bad service is provided? waited 20 min for pick up, when arrived no customers, 3 workiers having a talk fest. they didnt find my order. so they made it. got home and its not what i ordered. tuna with lettuce tomato and onion. they said lettuce and tomato and onion were not ordered, but they pulled it up on the reciept - proof it had been ordered. manager used ego in defending that it wasnt ordered and didnt apologize after she found proof it was. interesting way to do bus8ness.

The staff on tonight was phenomenal!!! Very attentive quick efficient and friendly!! The two on shift this evening are definitely quality employees!

Lov the place, order family lunch once a week at least. You have two new employees that if I see I walk out now. Never gets order right or adds on what I paid for. They are nice but wow, just read the ticket or put what I ask for on the ticket. Hate to see your nice place get a bad rap for those two.
