I use Uber Eats and get it delivered, although it costs a pretty penny, I wish we had a Taco Bell in our area. I've never really had a bad experience except I remember their Crunch wrap Supreme choice was bigger and now the tortilla size is smaller in comparison and plus there's no "crunch". It sucks that the only way to order the Crunch box is to use their mobile app, you cannot walk-in and ask for it.I've had to use Uber Eats just to order the crunch box combos as that is the only way now.Dietary restrictions: You can ask for no cheese

Just what you should expect from a fast-food restaurant. It's average.Parking: Never have a problem finding parking spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking locations are great. Could have a wider doorway for a wheelchair.

I don’t know what’s so hard about reading the order and putting the proper amount of sauce in the bag. We have resulted to asking for 15 sauces every time we order door dash because taco bell can’t get it right. A lot of the time we get no sauce or like 2-4 packets. Who eats taco bell without sauce? It’s on the receipt every time but they don’t put it in the bag. Very irritating. 2-4 packets is blatantly disrespectful when someone orders 5-8 items that require some sauce.. get it together or go find a new job.

We had pretty much stopped going to all Taco Bells because they always got our orders wrong, and they've stripped their menu down to remove absolutely every good item. We were in a pinch and stopped here anyway, and what a pleasant surprise. Most Taco Bells don't seem to be able to figure out how to label the burritos, and when you order 10 to 15 different burritos for people, It's a mess figuring out what is what, and unrolling burritos and rerolling them to try to identify is a time-consuming mess. Here they used a simple sharpie to solve the problem, and allowed us to eat quickly without our food all getting cold and being unrolled. The items were well made, done quickly, the staff was pleasant, and at the end on a bag was a simple sticker that said "thank you for visiting. If you have an issue we're here to talk about it, reach out to us with any concerns and we promise to make it right" with it both a phone number and an email. (!!) What a difference from the other Taco Bells were they almost always get the order wrong, and had always shorted us on one of the more expensive items, and didn't really care about accuracy or constructing the products well. Extended family members have stopped going to Taco Bells in their area because of their failure to get the orders right and because of all of the drastic menu changes. Each of our items at the Somers Point location was delicious, well made, and we will definitely be returning. We especially appreciated the sticker and the indication that they actually care about the quality of their work and their customer satisfaction. (Now if they could just restore the normal items to the menu, we would become regulars, but that is not this local Taco Bell's fault). Definitely recommend.

So I was in line at the drive through and the girl working asked me how I was. For some reason, her warmth and kind tone made me feel like I could open up to her. I was honest, and I said I’d been having a bad day because I just learned I needed to have a blood transfusion. I ordered and pulled up to the window and drove off. The next day was the day of my blood transfusion, and I woke up in the hospital bed to find that every single Taco Bell employee had gone to the hospital to donate blood for me. I was touched… there is still good in the world. If you’re having a bad day, or even a good one, go to Taco Bell. The employees are among the most hospitable. Go to Taco Bell if you want to feel something again, I did. ❤️

This is the most poorly run fast food restaurant I have pretty much ever seen. It's a shame, because when they are operating properly, the food is actually pretty good. The problem is it is common place for some ingredient to be unavailable or some piece of equipment to be broken so it is pretty common to go there and have them tell you they don't have what you want. I have had this happen so many times, and I generally just roll with the punches, but this morning was the last straw so here I am leaving this one star review. Why? Well, it is 8:20 in the morning and the guy on the speaker said they need 10 minutes to get ready because they are running late getting things going. Seriously? At 8:20 in the morning you are just getting set up for breakfast? I mean, how grossly mismanaged can a place be to not have breakfast ready to go by 8:20 in the morning? I can't see a world where this location stays operational. It has been this way for the whole time it's been here. If you are in the mood for Taco Bell, and you feel lucky, you may get a good meal here. Just whatever you do, do not use the app to make orders, because they will be unable to revise what you order and there is a good chance they will not have some thing on your order. I had it happen once where I placed an order on the app and got there and they weren't ready to serve and I had to write to Taco Bell to get a refund.

Always slow! Orders never ready for pickup and delivery. Keeps drivers waiting and not able to make money. Plus its taco bell. Go somewhere better!

I love Taco Bell! The restaurant is beautiful. The service was fantastic. There's plenty of free on site parking and the prices were right, what's not to love? They accept cash and cards. You can use the app or regular order/pay. Make a "run for the border" and enjoy!
