I feel like we were duped with the 5 star ratings. We found out they offered free drinks for 5 star reviews. From the moment we walked outside to the deck we were horrified how shabby it was. Hardly anyone was there and service was awful. Food was inedible....total crappy cake with filling only and everyone's meals were overcooked and dry. The best part of the meal was my beer and french fries. Very sad.

The food was absolutely awful. The shrimp tasted like rubber and the mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box or a microwave. I didn’t even eat my dinner and the manager or owner was a complete jerk when I complained about them, not taking anything off the bill and his exact words were I don’t care. there are plenty of places in the area wiyh views that are just as nice so do not waste your time or money on this place.

We sat outside, nice early evening. Prices are reasonable. Negatives: the food is terrible, garbage. I would never post something like this, but I can't believe they can serve this food. I had a crab cake... I've had worse, this was served with a cafeteria scoop of cold mashed potatoes, and a few green beans cold. My sister had a "french bread" pizza that looked and tasted like a kids menu pizza. I had 5 14 year teens that just ate because they were hungry. We celebrated my daughter's birthday. Caleb was kind enough to serve a tiramisu in celebration. I chose this restaurant because you could make a reservation that is not typical of an OCNJ or Somerspoint restaurant so that is another positive. Great location.... so much potential to do better. Revamp. Customers will come with quality fresh foods served hot. Jersey shore fresh fish , jersey tomatoes, cold beer and a little more energy.

Arrived early for our reservations and our friendly host directed us to the outside bar while they set up our table. Bar tender was very friendly, talkative and did a great job making our drinks. Moved to our table when it was ready and the waiter was attentive and professional. The table had both steaks and fish for entree's and everyone was pleased with their food. Plus - you can't beat the view. We will definitely be back again next time we are in town!

Horrible food. Waited 1.5 hrs to eat and then they only brought out 3 dishes. So 2 of us didn't get to eat until everyone else was done. If was one of the worst experiences we've ever had in Sommers Point. Which is why they are offering a free drink for a positive review (that's bribery to require it be positive). Apparently Trip Advisor has a ton of negative reviews too. We should have listened. Save yourself.

Sean was an excellent server. He was efficient, polite and friendly. The food was excellent (crab cake, shrimp linguine, clams linguini). The view was awesome. We love looking out over the bay and marina

Most of the food that was served was premade prepared food (bacon wrapped scallops, stuffed shrimp, crab cakes). Salad was good . The entrees were criminal. The pasta dishes were either inedible (vodka sauce) or a jar sauce. The Sea Scallops served were fake scallops. My daughter got sick from the ‘scallops'. The setting was terrific and the service was fine.
