Dull atmosphere. old shelf items over priced. Not a benefit or quality for surrounding communities. Just a store for low income communities to settle for because quality shopping is quite a distance away. If no means for transportation the you're stuck with that as an option.

One person working, making hot sandwiches, and tending to the register. Overall good food. Both great cooks (husband & wife ).

Super convenient to have close by, especially when you don't drive. Their prices are a little higher than the grocery stores but that goes for any small convenience store compared to the bigger names. Reasonable hours and the guy who runs the place is always polite and happy to talk w the customers, it doesn't bother him. You may get attitudes from workers in other stores but not this Deli. He's a gentleman and he's just trying to make a living like the rest of us. And if you're a little short, don't worry about it, you can pay him when you come. He pretty much knows all the customers lol. And if you suggest something to sell in the store, perhaps something you enjoy, he'll actually make an effort to get that product in the store. They never sold Blue Cherry Gatorade before I moved close by. Sure they had a lot of other flavors, but not that one. Blue Cherry happens to be MY favorite Gatorade flavor. I randomly mentioned it one day and the very next week they were in the cooler!! And he STILL sells them. I just went and bought 2 lol

Went in for the first time as uninviting and disheveled and dirty as it was. I did find a gain l gallon of Distilled water. The price was unmarked. After waiting at the register where nobody seemed to notice me, the man that was talking finally saw me. I find out the price was three dollars! I was shocked. That is twice what it normally sells for. I begrudgingly bought it . It is almost as if they work harder to make their business dirty and dismally uninviting than if they were to brighten and clean up the place...and please take better care of the sickly houseplants. It hardly costs a penny to clean up the place but I am not going to buy a sandwich there or visit again.

Great hoagies! Thinly sliced and packed on a good Italian roll. Service and price appreciated.

Best breakfast sandwiches & subs!

Great subs and breakfast sandwiches....I'm there pretty much daily bc I live close by, thank god for this deli, currently without a vehicle it's hard getting to the stores in general, especially if I need a load bread or milk at 6pm, thru got me covered....very grateful for the convenience!

flair ultra and elf bar bc5000 available here. not a super wide range of flavors but they are available. the flair edge is also here in a few flavors. they have a few delta 8, delta 10, and thc-o / thc acetate products. ok prices. not very competitive but not as bad as the tobacco outlet in northfield. would be nice to see them get kik by kalibloom or urb finest flowers by lifted made disposables and hyde edge rave disposables. for the deli section, great selections. prices are again just ok but not terrible. awesome refrigerated drink selection as well.

Best Italian Sub for the $$$ anywhere

Terry's Deli is the place to go to if you're in the mood for a great sub, or breakfast sandwich. I personally love their turkey sub, with provolone cheese, lettuce, sweet peppers, and a splash of red wine vinegar. The sub, as well as the breakfast sandwich consisting of: bacon, egg, and American cheese on a Kaiser roll, are the best I've had. IMO, they give WaWa, one of my favorite places to get a sub or breakfast sandwich, a run for their money. They aren't just a deli. They're a convenience store, also. They have many food items on the shelves, and have many items that the average person usually tries to buy at a supermarket, but may not have been able to do so.LaLu, the owner, and his wife, keep the store stocked with the above mentioned food items, as well as items like: lightbulbs, trash bags, paper towels, notebooks, hygiene products, batteries, and more. Therefore, the customer can rest assured that the item will most likely be in stock at Terry's Deli, if they run out before making it to the supermarket.Be advised: there are occasions where the item can't be found at Terry's either. It's not often, because LaLu tries to keep the store stocked with a variety of items. Yet, it does occur. Also, if he has to make a sub or more than one, the wait to get rung up could last you anywhere up to 10 minutes. That is very frustrating, but it's not his fault bc he serves subs.Lalu and his wife, are friendly, knowledgeable, owners of Terry's Deli, and do their job well.
