Big place, lots of seating areas. Near the live music or far enough away where u can't even hear it. Our waitress was excellent, gave us all kinds of tips about things to do, places to eat in the area, very thoughtful. There's lots to choose from, I had the oysters and clams on the half shell with cocktail shrimp combo appetizer, they were excellent. My jumbo portion of crab leg dinner that I ordered was also excellent, my 8 year old loved it too, she had a few of the legs. Very large portion, pound and a half. Portions were nice sized for everything. Food was excellent. Lots to try, I'm going to have to go back and try the flounder stuffed with lump crab meat.

👍👍We met friends at The Crab Trap last night for dinner. One word of advise, if you want to eat at 5 get here at 4:15. Well worth the wait! The background music was good and not too loud as we were able to talk and hear each other with no problem. The food was excellent from start to finish. Our server, Haley, was outstanding!!

Incredible poor management who makes customers feel BADLY about situations. Disgusting and disgraceful, they should be ashamed!!! I am strongly advising people to avoid this place, until their SUPPORT staff..(if that's what they call them) learn to handle people. Bullies are PIGS and pathetic. As are their managers.!!! Preparing a TripAdvisor and a Google review as well as a letter to their owner and the despicable behavior sent toward me in a recent visit. You should be ashamed!!!

Some staff are treated differently than others and not based in experience and service offered but feelings of the managers/highers. Extremely unprofessional as an operation and should stop. Everyone deserves fair stance at the job regardless of their situation and not given special privileges because of who they are. Experience and time outweighs the new hires yet the restaurant and staff fail to consider this in their daily operation and schedule rotation. If you’re considering this place as an establishment to spend your money at I would reconsider as you’re supporting an establishment that doesn’t listen to the lower staff and constantly disregards them because they are lower in the “food” chain. Honestly guys. Grow up. No one will probably see this anyways but if anyone dies this is the truth of the establishment. Don’t be fooled.

Tonight’s review is dedicated to the incredible One Hot Mess Band. What an amazing, full sound for just a duo! It’s my first time seeing them here, and I have to say—they’re the best band to grace this establishment in ages. And trust me, I’m here three or more times a week! I come for the oysters and the excellent bartenders, but tonight, I stayed for the music. Absolutely top-notch!

Enjoyed a nice lunch here with my Mom & two brothers on a Friday afternoon between lunch & dinner (2:30pm). A little crowded, but we were seated right away. Sarah H was a great server; funny, easy-going and efficient. Special occasion celebrating my parents 60th wedding anniversary, but bittersweet since Dad passed 7 weeks ago. This is where they would have gone together. Grateful for a great experience and excellent food & service!
