We’ve been going to the Crab Trap for over 15 years and have never been disappointed but a few weeks ago we went with 2 other couples and were seated in the back room.
After each of us gave her our order, our waitress said “house dressing” ok? I’m guessing it saves her time not having to go over the list each time, but it was rather strange, each of us picked something different. When we went to pick our 2 side dishes, we were told that in the back room you get cole slaw...
Big place, lots of seating areas. Near the live music or far enough away where u can't even hear it. Our waitress was excellent, gave us all kinds of tips about things to do, places to eat in the area, very thoughtful. There's lots to choose from, I had the oysters and clams on the half shell with cocktail shrimp combo appetizer, they were excellent. My jumbo portion of crab leg dinner that I ordered was also excellent, my 8 year old loved it too, she had a few of...
👍👍We met friends at The Crab Trap last night for dinner. One word of advise, if you want to eat at 5 get here at 4:15. Well worth the wait! The background music was good and not too loud as we were able to talk and hear each other with no problem. The food was excellent from start to finish. Our server, Haley, was outstanding!!
