The Doc’s Place is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in the area with many delicious options. I always vacation down in Ocean City every summer and The Doc’s Place is a family favorite. We are always seated almost immediately every time with an option to sit inside or out. We always have had excellent and fast service. I’m a big fan of the Chicken Parm and Crab Cakes. Will definitely be visiting again in summer of 2026.
We had the early bird specials. The shrimp stir fry and the jumbo crab roll, both were delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The prices were reasonable. The clam chowder was great also. We would definitely be returning. If we lived in the area it would be a regular place. The brownie desert was wonderful.
If you have a reservation for a large party be prepared to wait and be frustrated. Especially- a young blonde lady at the front who appears to be indifferent. They don’t have a lot of accommodation for large groups.
However- once you get seated- the service and food is great. They treat you very well and paid for our drinks and bottle of wine.
So - the advice is to have a smaller party and enjoy
