I went in at 9:37 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. DoorDash, their app and a sign on the window says that they close at 10 PM. I placed it to go order and told me to come on my way when I get there all the lights are off and the people are checking out. I honk when I’m at the front drive-through window to get their attention to let them know I’ve placed an order and immediately the girl says we are closed. I pointed out that I placed an order and the sign on the window says 10pm. She pointed to a paper sign taped up that said 9. So even though it’s 10pm on DoorDash, Uber Eats, AND THEIR APP. And THE PERMANENT SIGN on the window says 10- because they want to go home it’s 9. No sorry, no accountability AND TO ADD on NYE there were other places open until 10 but because Wendy’s said they were and I placed a order and went there it was too late to go anywhere else so they screwed me there too

Drive thru fast and the food was hot. I do have to say the poor women doing the drive thru was freezing. I she needs extra heater back there. No joke.

Very slow taking orders making for longer line. I have left many times because of this. French fries were ok but burger was extremely small and not much taste. Easier to go to McDonald's right down the road. Agree with many reviews on staff not very nice.
Female manager was in the lobby I'm trying to ask were they closed she totally ignored me

Don't go to this Wendy's past 5 o'clock. After the day crew leaves and the night crew comes in the entire place goes to hell in a hand basket. The food is either cold or you get the wrong order or you don't get your food at all because they bump your ticket off before it's done and forget about you. I ordered a twenty piece spicy nugget meal and wasn't told until AFTER I paid that they discontinued the meal. I then waited thirty minutes before I spoke up and asked about my food. Was told it was bumped off before it was made. No sour cream for my sour cream and chive potato. If you have to get fast food in Somers point just go to McDonald's or Taco bell. At least they give you all your food on time.

If I requested some sauces with my order. Please put them in the bag. I worked a fast food job in my life. It's simple. People will be happier and not complain if you expedite an order properly. This review goes for every shift at this. location. Would've been 5 stars across the board if not for these inconsistencies with my orders
