Authentic dim sum! Extraordinary friendly staff at a Cantonese speaking restaurant! Fairly priced, what's not to love?

I have been a customer here for years and I never had a chance to write a review. This time, I came with my body after golfing. The food and service were great. If you are in the neighborhood and looking for a decent Cantonese restaurant. this is the spot you should visit.

Ordered a buddhist delight for lunch for $15. It was a small portion served with white rice and no tofu or noodles like is common. The sauce was very oily and bland. Extremely disappointing.

Great food! Wonderful for family dinner as most of it is served family style. Waiters are attentive and friendly!

Parking maybe harder to find on the weekends.

I wanted to try this restaurant for a while.

I decided to drive there and get some takeout. It's not in my area, so for me, it's a solid 30 minutes away from home

I placed my order and was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes.

Typical wait time, very reasonable.

But... it took over 1 hr before my food was ready.

The staff was nice, the excuse for the delay was that they were catering to a large party in-house and as such their kitchen was busier than usual.

I took it in stride.

I figured, the quality of the food would be worth it.

I paid 81$ for 1 large wonton soup, 4 spring rolls, 1 large chicken fried rice, 1 large sweet and sour chicken and 1 large chicken chow fun noodles.

After 1 hr, finally, my order is ready and I leave.

When I got home.

The spring rolls are greasy as hell, I was surprised because spring rolls from everywhere else are always rather crisp.

6 little won ton balls in the large soup. Tasty, but not worth the money I spent.

The lid for the chicken is cracked and broken in 2 areas, and NO it wasn't damaged during transport, there are no broken pieces in the bag or the bowl, they simply used a defective, broken lid and that's such a lack of professionalism...

The chicken wasn't chicken, it was fried dough, as if I was served the leftovers. I think someone had an order of chicken and I was served the leftover parts.

As for the rice it was OK, a bit greasy, but palatable.
Same for the chow fun noodles.

Suffice to say, this is a sad learning experience.

I made a few mistakes.

1) I paid them before the order was ready and I even tipped them.
2) I should have inspected the content in the bag.

Note: the wonton soup didn't even come with typical dry noodles or even extra packets of soy sauce and the spring rolls didn't come with any plum sauce or duck sauce.

I mean, the bag had nothing but the containers. No condiments, nothing, not even the traditional fortune cookies.

Anyways, nice people, but horrible experience. I would have rather had to deal with bad people but get decent food.

This happened on 08/31/2025 and I was order 126.

Order 127 was served and left 20 minutes before me. Just ironic.

I’m so confused about the positive reviews of this place. 1) charge extra for white rice?!!? 2) 20+ for beef and broccoli, which isn’t even properly cooked.
Second time ordering in case first time was a mistake , but seriously, this place is not good, hard leaving bad reviews, but I’ll leave an HONEST review.

The food was very tasty and fresh. We had to wait a bit for some of the food items but they did come around in a cart and had a good selection of dim sum dishes. We would visit again if in the area.

We loved the food especially the really cute pig 包子. I think it would be better if it had 啊relaxing area.
