As a local business owner, absolutely do not bother giving this restaurant your business.
Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful- including when your order is missing half of the food, equating to $40. I was told that I was unable to receive a refund, I would have to come back and get the food (it was delivery), and that there was no management I could speak with, and no other help was available.
The employees are children with no customer service skills.
I waited close to an hour an a half, after being told 20 minutes to receive half of a cold order.
I have ordered here several times and the food has always been subpar, but to give the delivery driver half of my order then claim they can’t work with Uber to get me the rest of the food is absolutely ridiculous. And the kids working were incredibly rude. Do not bother spending your money or time here (you’ll be here for hours to get your order which has also happened on several occasions). The Uber driver was distraught also explaining to us he waited 40 minutes for my order upon arriving already. Horrible business practice. Its survival this far is due to being in a college town, where bad food and service survive.

10 times better than Chipotle. This was our first time trying Bubbakoos out and it will definitely be a regular spot! Loved that I was able to order a low carb bowl. So so good. 😋😋😋

I ordered from the STOCKBRIDGE GA location earlier this week and opted to not save my credit card. I went to place an order today using a gift card I had received and their system automatically processed the payment using my credit card which is allegedly not saved in their system. When I called to cancel the charge the manager talked over me & nearly yelled at me that there wasn’t anything no they could do about it because my card is not saved so she doesn’t know how it was charged. After more of her cutting me off she cancelled the order and pretty much told me she didn’t know how long it would take for me to get my money back. That it will probably be a long time. I asked her who I need to speak to, if she can provide a corporate number or the department that handles the online payments. She seemed to set the phone down without saying a word and after waiting several minutes I ultimately disconnected with not even an apology. This is a very untrustworthy company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Using this company’s payment platform is a huge security risk.

Ordered a Pineapple Express. Service was friendly and fast. Easy in and out parking. Hefty burrito, plenty filled. Menu with a very very wide variety of options that are quite distinct from one another. I'll be back to try the other exciting flavors.

we got two entrees and an app. the chips were forgotten and there was a wait but very understandable with being grand opening around dinner time hours. birria was phenomenal IMO. Queso was very smooth with a nice spice . the pineapple salsa was very tasty. a lot of promise with this company . would def order again

Just picked up the food it smells great but the manger was quite rude. Used Uber to pick up the food and he was not very nice complaining about me breathing on the food like he doesn’t have everything layed out behind a plastic wall. Get it together man and be nice to people.
