Illegal to have snow on your roof please removed it showed over 2 weeks ago its also dabgerous
Food was very good, but service was slow. Took over 2 hrs from seating to check and frequently trying to find our waiter. Decorated nicely but we were sat in the back, an area with less activity and wasn't as exciting. Suggest requesting seating towards the front unless you have a baby or young family.

The best Italian food ever, the service and the owners are amazing.
I was taken to Cafe Picasso for a birthday dinner, and it was wonderful. The food and service were excellent....I would highly recommend. I look forward to going again in the near future.

Food was delicious, but not quite perfect. We had a large party and shared appetizers. Mysto Italiano (an Italian charcuterie), bruschetta, fried calamari and caprese. All delicious and plentiful.
The entrees were still delicious and in the $20-$30 range with a few slight misses. The veal was a bit tough and the veggies were on the rare side; the green beans were very undercooked and I would have said that they were blanched, but not cooked.
My seafood over pasta in a pink cream sauce was delicious. I subbed linguine for the capellini since I don't trust angel hair in a large group. Sauce was delicious, scallops were perfection; shrimps were over cooked. In eating, I could see how capellini would be the better choice for the sauce.
Large groups are hard to cook for. I look forward to trying them again with a smaller group to see if that makes it perfect.

Excellent food, good service and atmosphere. I especially like that it is BYOB. I wish I remembered to go here more often.

This is strictly for gelato. The price was hefty 8 dollar for small cup, and it had a fruit fly....

I asked for my money back twice because my order was wrong and I no longer wanted it after waiting 45’ mins. They didn’t want to refund me but fixed my meal instead and I received two pieces of burnt shrimp added to my pasta dish. Do not go here never good service.

We went to Cafe Picasso with a group of 10, and every single person loved their meal — which never happens! The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive from start to finish, making our night even more enjoyable.
We ordered so much food it’s hard to list it all, but everything was fantastic. The bread basket came loaded with fresh, warm bread and the most delicious garlic knots. For appetizers, we had a meat and cheese board, fried breaded burrata, and calamari — all perfectly done and so flavorful.
Every main dish was cooked to perfection and served in generous portions. And the desserts? Amazing! The gelato, tiramisu, and cake were all hits across the table. To top it all off, Chef Mike came out and serenaded us — such a fun and memorable touch!
Cafe Picasso is easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Delicious food, warm atmosphere, and outstanding service. Highly recommend for groups, special occasions, or just a great night out!

Walked into this gem of an authentic Italian restaurant. Being Italian the food tasted exactly how my Nonna's cooking. The soup was exquisite. But what makes this a gem even more is the Family that owns it. The most welcoming and humble people I have met in Sommerville ,Nj. Mike and family are just that, Thank you for a great serata guys. Definitely taking my family here. Alla Prossima.

Yesterday, we visited Cafe Picasso for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Our hostess was sweet and personable, making us feel welcome immediately. We enjoyed calamari, stuffed mushrooms, and seafood pasta — the portions were pretty generous, and the pasta was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The attentive service and inviting atmosphere made the meal truly enjoyable. We definitely recommend this hidden Summerville gem to anyone who loves Italian food!
