Cafe Picasso is a wonderful restaurant that really exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is delightful, there are plenty of tables (it's much larger than it appears from outside) the restaurant is clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The food was great, the menu is a little large (be prepared to narrow it down), the prices are fair, and it's BYOB with a liquor store right next door. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and we will definitely return!

The absolute Best mushroom and onion pizza I've ever had, seriously! There were so many of each, my slice was covered with them. Delicious.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Service was absolutely awful. The bus boy dropped water and bread on the table, and since it’s BYOB we sat for 20 minutes before I finally had to flag someone down just to open our wine. Another 10 minutes passed before a waiter showed up walk up with no introduction, no greeting, just a flat “Are you ready to order?”
Food was brought out by bus staff and the waiter didn’t come by until at least 10 minutes later. When my friend asked for grated cheese and crushed red pepper, the waiter returned, literally dumped half a bowl of cheese onto his pasta, and disappeared again. We never saw him after that and had to flag down someone else just to get our check.
If you’re going to charge $45–$65 for “specials,” the service needs to match. This was nowhere close. Zero effort to meet any of our needs. Food was decent at best. We won’t be back.
