We celebrated our 10 year anniversary with a meal here. The food was excellent, the dining room lively but the service exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Da Filipo's offers a cozy, charming venue for meals. We had lunch recently. Everything we ordered was delicious - octopus appetizer, various entrees. Desserts were wonderful.

Fabulous food and owners are very personable. Chef sometimes plays piano and sings. His tomato sauce is impeccable. He sells it in Wegman's and other places. Clams, escargot and eggplant delish well as short ribs. Desserts good also. BYOB and they will decork.

Always a pleasure dinning here. The owners make you feel like you are part of their family and you're in their personal dinning room. Food is fantastic. It's BYOB so don't forget the vino.

Lovely evening! The food was delicious! The hosts very warm and gracious! The ambience so nice. Filippo and his wife were lovely hosts and made our night a nigth to remember. For sure we will come again.

We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend the 5 course tasting menu. The personalized service and attention that we received was amazing, and it was so nice to talk with Filippo and his wife. The food was spectacular and it was fun & educational to learn from them. They have a very nice back room that holds larger parties, so we are hoping to return with friends next time.

Always an awesome experience at Filippo's place. Berti was hosting and Filippo was entertaining. He played piano for us and so did our daughter Emilie and 2 other customers. It's so cozy and fun at this place. We've been coming for over 10 years now. Food is always perfection! I highly recommend you frequent DaFilippo's.

We meet friends here every year for dinner. It is about midway for each of us. Da Filippo was again, a wonderful dining experience!

Amazing experience - the chef personally came out and served our meals. There is something to be said about someone that takes pride in their work. Everything was absolutely delicious and we will most definitely be back to try their other dishes.

The owner is fantastic, still cooking dinners himself! He came out to talk to us. Prepared things perfectly! Authentic, delicious, old school, but beautifully presented! Delicious we went there for lunch, but will definitely go back again and for dinner!

I love fhe owners and personalization... owner sang it was a beautiful experience! Downside was the price for a BYOB restaurant in Somerville. Asked for second cup of regular coffee and was advised that each cup was made fresh, therefore we would be charged for an additional cup. i'll be back as the owners make it a very special experience and are very accommodating and kind.

This is one of my favorite restaurants for special occasions. Filippo is so gracious. The food is as good if not better than many NYC high end restaurant. We had the 6 course tasting menu. It never dissapoints. the portions are perfect in size and you finish dinner satisfied but not stuffed.

This is dining. Don't go here if you're in a rush. You'll want to savor the experience of excellent food, service and feeling special.
