Management changed. Now it’s infighting among service staff (one family that literally pulls a grandpa away from his bed in the morning to be on the drive through) and waiting times long enough to make the food cold by the time you get it.

They are very nice, and fast, But if you want a donut, you better go early. They consistently are out of donuts early, like 7pm early. I thought there were never outs at Dunkin. If you don't have donuts for sale, those are lost potential sales. I am pretty sure there should be some degree of throw away in a business.

Worst experience ever workers charged me for things I didn’t order and I still didn’t recieve them and they gave me attitude the whole time they claimed they didn’t hear me but I’m speaking right in front of them it’s never been like this I always come here so for this to happen was severely a disappointment.

Ordered a an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. And to have it cut in half to share. Received a stale, un-toasted, kind of cut horizontal but not all the way, minimal cream cheese and definitely not cut in half. It was gross.

i went through the drive through, ordered 2 medium drinks, 1 coffee, 1 refresher, total was $11, i pulled up to pay and receive my drinks for my sister and I and both the drinks were the size they were not ordered in, they were smalls, i told the man I ordered mediums and he said well the ticket says small, i asked if i paid for the medium drinks, he then said no u paid for smalls, how are two small drinks $11? he then shut the window in my face😂 plus this dunkin is always out of stuff they have done this to me not only once but multiple times, GO TO THE DUNKIN IN RARITAN IF YOU WANT A BETTER EXPERIENCE AND FOOD/DRINK.

I’m just going to give up on Dunkin, I thought maybe a new state they would be good but nope. Terrible attitude from the drive thru guy and they forgot my donuts (ordered on the app). Never ever again
