Cookies were very good but specialty cookies were not available and I don't know why. If this the new norm then I would say that they are heading in the wrong direction of which I won't follow.

Picked up a cookie and a brownie yesterday and both were fine. BUT they have taken away the approx. 6 monthly specialty cookies while replacing then with 3 new classic cookies with no explanation. I would say they have taken 3 steps backwards. I could get similar cookies at Whole Foods. It looks like the owner is taking away the wonderful creativeness of the baker and going with "cookie cutter" cookies (pardon the pun). Hope they bring back the monthly cookies next month so they can turn back into a 5 star establishment.

I wish you guys would bring back the chocolate cookie donut. That was my absolute favorite and I can’t seem to find anything like it anywhere else.

Otherwise, awesome cookies, great location 😊

Epic cookie is 100x better than Crumbl. I’ve compared the two and every time Epic wins. Taste like real cookies, like the flavor they say they are. The ice cream and seating makes it a perfect trip. Don’t sleep on these.

We have ordered cupcakes a few times previously and always enjoyed them. For an upcoming birthday my son requested a pull apart cupcake cake in a football design. I called Epic Cookies, and Katherine made the process super easy to order over the phone with detailed confirmation via email. She made sure the birthday boy got the flavor he wanted and added a topper of his favorite team. The result was both visually stunning and absolutely delicious.

My best friend and I were having an amazing day. We decided to go to Epic Cookies in somerville. She wanted to get a specific cookie, but they were all out. We decided to split the price of an M&M cookie. We bought it and sat down to enjoy. We broke the cookie apart to eat and it was very mushy. Upon further inspection, it was either completely raw or severely undercooked. There was an apple pie filling consistency and we were appalled by it. We told a blonde female worker and she gave us a new M&M cookie hoping it was just that specific one. We opened it, and it was also raw. We did eat a lot of it before we realized it was. We told a male worker and he opened another cookie and it was also raw. He offered to replace it but we were already feeling grossed out. He also made us pay for the waters while we were freaking out. I get its company standard but still. We were very appalled and will not be going back. We encourage others to think twice before eating the M&M cookies.

I was recently there as a dessert stop for a casual birthday celebration for my son and his buddies. Everything was delicious. But what stood out was the staff. Richie was so incredibly patient with my son and his friends and their many different choices. He was very helpful, and went above and beyond to find a way to make a messy half eaten monster milkshake transportable. To top it all off he realized it was my son’s birthday after we sang a quick, “Happy Birthday,” and handed us a surprise packaged chocolate chip “happy birthday” cookie to give to our son! It really topped off his special day!

There's nothing epic about the cookies here. Dry, hard, and not great at all. And very expensive. We've tried it twice and they've been bad both times.

Such a nice place! We came here pretty late in the day so the selection was a bit limited, and we ended up getting an oreo brownie, smore brownie, and a chai cookie. They were all so good and exactly the kind of sweet treat that I wanted. Definitely going to come back here again

The place is good but super expensive. I went there to treat my kids for end of summer milkshake. A large milkshake costs $12.00 and then they charge $0.50 for additional whipped cream. On top of it they charge 3% credit card processing fees. I mean where does this end. We are talking about fighting inflation and then stores charge keep adding more and more to already inflated prices. And we are not even talking about taxes still. Overall it's like a meal we paid for each person.
