My absolute favorite London Fog. I used to work in the area but now I drive 30 minutes for it.

The best almond and raisins pastry in NJ! They also offer freshly squeezed orange juice. The only downside is that the coffee could be stronger.

The pear and almond tart is fair at best. Over baked, very little filling. I make a French apple almond tart at home that tastes a lot better! The Tiramisu was stale and had little coffee flavor. I’ve enjoyed much better pastries in Paris for one-third the price. Will not return.

We happened to pass their store and couldn’t resist going in… and I am sooooo glad we did! We ordered a croissant w/ ham a cheese, a baguette, brioche roll/bun and tiramisu. Everything was delicious. But the breads, they were nothing short of heavenly. Treat yourself to their baguette at the very least!! You will not regret it.

The croissant with egg and cheese was delicious. I loved the way the croissant crumbled. The coffee was very smooth as well.

I’ve been a customer of this location since it opened because I always appreciated the quality of the bread/sandwiches, but I have to say I was very disappointed with my recent order. The sandwich I received was shockingly small—barely half a baguette with egg & ham—yet it still cost $14.
Not only is the portion size drastically smaller than what used to be offered, but the value for money is simply not there anymore.
I understand that businesses face rising costs, but reducing portions this dramatically without adjusting the pricing feels misleading and unfair to your customers. Unfortunately, unless this changes, I can’t justify coming back or recommending your food to others, which is a shame because I used to truly enjoy it. Staff is very pleasant and the atmosphere is perfect for Somerville but it’s not worth price.

Stopped in here on a hot day for a quick ice coffee and decided to sit and have a pastry as well. Wow, are we glad we did, the pastry (Rum cake), was one of the best pastries that I’ve ever had, we devoured it and licked the spoons. You can also get pastries to go and pretend you made them yourself! We’ll definitely be stopping back in again.

I ended up coming here unexpectedly, and it was a great experience.
The prices are fair, and the food is delicious!
The baguette was so much bigger than I expected, and it was good to split between two people.
The desserts were also great. The tiramisu was a stand out!

The food is great, unfortunately, the service is terrible - sadly to the point I can't justify going back.

Pierre & Michelle's is a wonderful dessert spot in downtown Somerville, NJ, with a wide assortment of French pastries and a very good selection of coffees and other drinks. The atmosphere is resolutely French cafe with appropriate seating and music, the only thing that slightly at odds is lighting that tends towards daylight color temperature.
Beyond just dessert, P&M is a sweet spot for a quick breakfast, and the baguette sandwiches, if limited in selection, are excellent. It's the pastry that really steals the show, though. Count on coming back many times and never getting bored.
