Placed an order, 35 minutes later the bowl was ready. Usually I just tolerate how rude the staff is because I love the bowls. Sadly this time was worse with the staff seeming genuinely annoyed I was there to pick up a bowl. Bowl was ok as it looked they forgot to add granola and just stuffed it in where they could.

He was the only one working with tons of customers, and did it with such poise and extreme calmness and was very professional. Did not get his name, but he had the braided hair. He was also very personable. I also would like to add it. I would love if you brought back the Chia pudding that was my favorite.
Very unmotivated people working here. My order was “ready for pick up” 17 mins ago and still waiting ! So much for pre ordering. The employees have zero motivation! Very noticeable!
