When we want excellent and unique cocktails and gourmet food, we come to project pub. Everything they offer is fantastic. Highly recommend the drunken clams if you love a good broth.

The best local bar for foodies and cocktail nuts alike. This is a home away from home. The staff is amazing and the management allows their creativity to flow providing wonderful pop up menus and experiences.
Dietary restrictions: Everything is prepared to order so they accommodate for allergies.

My wife and I had Sunday brunch. I had the bulgogi skirt steak with kimchi. The steak was perfectly cooked to medium/medium rare and delicious! The kimichi was good, and the spicy cucumbers were excellent. My fried egg was cooked exactly to order. My wife had the portobello sandwich which she really enjoyed. We got the Bloody flight and all four were really tasty and very interesting. It was a busy afternoon, but our service was still fantastic, and our food was out promptly. I highly recommend Project PUB!
One of the best meals I've had this year was here. There's a charm about this building that's hard to explain, but easy to love.
We had the hummus platter to start. It was perfect.
My wife had the brunch burger and I had corned beef hash with eggs and a side of pork belly. We weren't hungry for the rest of the day.
I heard the chicken and waffles are the go-to here, and I'm looking at coming back soon after a Fire Yoga session to make sure we can indulge.

Disappointing food, not sure if it was an off-night or something for the kitchen. We had the tacos and the chicken wrap, the meat was super tough and the wrap was super wet. On the brightside our server was nice and the cocktails were good.

I really appreciate that they have a menu of seasonal cocktails that they change each season. So fun! They also have new food menu items pretty frequently, which makes it fun to return there to see what it new. Sometimes it is a little loud inside the restaurant but they also have outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic drinks! Never had a bad drink here but the high chai espresso martini is wonderful. Portions are small (appetizers) and price point is on the higher side. This would be my only recommendation for improvement. Entree/sandwich portions are more generous. Love the Reuben sandwich and homemade mustard!

Be aware that you are held to a strict timeline when you eat here, if you are looking for a fun casual pace this is not it! My friend and I were told after sitting for one hour and 20 minutes that we HAD to leave in 20 minutes "not to rush you". Meanwhile the entire meal in fact had been rushed. The place was not packed and neither of us has ever had a restaurant tell you to leave. Unprofessional and I will not be returning.

Have gone here in the past and was very happy however, things have changed. The food was mediocre at best, but very expensive. I had 3 iced teas and was charged $12. I guess they no longer have free refills. There were 6 of us, we had basically bad bar food and the bill was $350. The food also came out sporadically and very slowly. The pub was empty and now I know why. Not going back.

Small portions for big price. Food was good but not worth the cost. Drinks taste fine but $12-$18 a cocktail that's mostly ice is the true deal breaker.
