This Starbucks is my favorite hometown Starbucks!!!! I love Maria she is so sweet! Pura Vida Maria if you read this. Also I don’t know who wrote this on my cup, but i was having a rough week and I ordered a chai tea latte at work and when it arrived it had “you are a gift” written on it, I did t even notice it, it was my co-worker that looked over and said “what did they write on your cup! Totally made my day and cheered me up! Staff there is amazing!

Every time I order a Strawberry açaí lemonade there is no lemonade in it. I check the label every time to make sure I said lemonade and I do. The lemonade is never there.
Math skills are essential! I placed my order....it came to $11.09. I handed the associate a $20.....& a dime. They put in $20....I said 11.09 from 20.10 is 9.01. They said I can't do that. Its basically math skills. Apparently it was to difficult for them to figure out. I took the change they gave me. Seriously you're dealing with money shouldn't you know how to add/subtract?

Drinks are made inconsistently. Baristas do not follow costumer's request -- e.g. light ice. Drink recipes also not consisently followed. I get the same drink everytime and the brown sugar syrup is forgotten 90% of the time.

This place has taken a nosedive recently, it feels desolate and unwelcoming. It gets mobbed with teenagers after school and often has homeless people hanging around. Used to be a good location but like I said, the glory has faded. Order ahead and take it to go.
