I don’t normally write negative reviews but when it’s due, it’s due. My wife and I typically walk in Somerville and go to Starbucks maybe once every two weeks. My wife usually knows what she wants and orders quickly, me on the other hand never really know what I want because I’m not “Starbucks savvy”. I decided to have a café Americano. Employee Milo provided Excellent customer service. She has alot of patience and understanding. Very personable and caring. She helped me to get a great drink! Because of Milo I will definitely come back to this Starbucks. Thanks so much for being Wonderful
I've been to Starbucks all up and down the east coast and can say that the staff at this Starb's is THE MOST hospitable, friendly, efficient and, dare I say, caring?? It is such a good place to come. Certainly my official comfort zone in Somerville. Thanks, everybody!
