Went on a week day for dinner and the restaurant was packed. Service right off the bat was unpleasant. Waitresses were rude (the three that came by) and sushi was fine taste wise but horribly rolled everything just would fall apart. Yokohama is better, if you come here you get what you pay for. Also this restaurant felt dirty.

Always packed, so call before you go. Amazes me that how they are still able to serve everyone

The food is amazing & the atmosphere in general is pretty crowded and loud. The service was quick but the server did not like the fact that we tipped $20. She pushed the bill towards me and said she won’t take it, as people usually tip $40+ and receiving that low of a tip is rude. I’ve worked in customer service so I understand a tip is not necessary (esp for a table of 2), but to outright give our bill back because it wasn’t enough was insane. Is it truly better to get $0 rather than $20??? She then proceeded to shout “No” and attempt to stop us from leaving when I took the tip back.
Although the food is good, I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a peaceful dinner- especially if you’re just a college student trying to have a nice dinner with a friend.

My wife and I go here about once every 2 weeks. We love sushi 🍣 and this place makes delicious, fresh sushi! The all you can eat sushi during the week is a great deal. We go hungry and make it count! Never had an issue with freshness or quality. Highly recommend!

Great value, and super quick service during our latest as well as previous visits. They just added a bunch of new items which were fantastic. Miso Bass was soo good we ordered a second one!

We recently ordered and were served bad sushi. When we called to try to rectify the issue we were told we had to drive 15 minutes back to swap the food out for nothing in return and when we asked to speak to a manager they told us the manager would not be in until 10:30 PM and there was nothing else they could do for us. Food tasted sour and smelled funky, would not recommend eating here.

Used to love this place until the other night when they chased my bf and his family out the door 😭. The server was extremely rude. they never remember straws and you have to ask twice for your drink. Then they gave the wrong amount of food out. At the end my bf chose not to tip because the server was rude. She chased them out the door saying not to come back as if they didn’t pay their bill or smt! THATS WHY NO TIP LADY UR CRAZY.

Great food. Great service. A bit too crammed. I broke my leg recently and it was difficult to move between the tables as they were only a couple feet apart. So I would say this location is not particularly accessible for folks with mobility aids. Other than that, it was perfect.

My stomach is in PAIN. I did a to-go order and I still tip when it’s to-go but less than I would if I’m sitting down. It was so awkward after I paid and had to write the tip because the waitress was staring at the receipt and holding it as I was writing on it. Very weird. Anyway, I ate my two rolls of sushi out of four that I ordered and literally feel like I’m going to throw up. I always eat sushi but it was my time trying this place as a quick stop and idk what I ate but this is not normal.

Great all you can eat sushi buffet with lots of special roll selections!
Food is so fresh and on point. They don't skimp on the fish. Well balanced rice to fish ratio on the rolls. There is a large selection of food. For $35 it's worth it for AYCE.

I don’t want to be extremely negative but this was the worst custumer service we’ve had. I went with my sisters and my husband and we got sat pretty quickly which was great but that’s where the good things end. The lady that took our order for drinks did not hear us and we kept repeating our drinks over and over and eventually just settled for whatever she brought. We got out food which was not that great, it was greasy, the calamari was so hard to chew and my sister choked on it. We thought it’s okay, we’ll wait for the sushi. The sushi was grocery store standard at best, and I felt bones in the fish. Mind you, the service was TERRIBLE, it seemed as if we were inconveniencing them by being there and ordering. We got the check, and although we did not want to leave a tip, we left them something, because we all worked in customer service at some point, and we felt bad not leaving anything. However, we got up to leave, and while we were walking out, one of the servers stopped my husband to ask him for more money. Physically stopped him from leaving asking for more money for the tip. Let me repeat that, SHE PHYSICALLY PUT HER HAND ON MY HUSBAND’S CHEST TO STOP HIM FROM WALKING THROUGH THE DOOR TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY. She kept repeating that it wasn’t enough and he needed to give her cash right away. We asked for her manager, which she at first refused to call but once she did, the manger just repeated that they typically get more money. Eventually, after continuing this embarrassing altercation, she let us go. Long story short, we will never be retuning to this poorly run establishment and warn every person to please think twice before going there.
