I used the app to place an order and as soon as the order was placed I realized it was the wrong store, so I tried cancelling through the app immediately. The app told me the order couldn’t be cancelled so I tried calling the store, got HUNG UP on twice, then finally they told me I couldn’t cancel the order, move the order to the other store, or refund my order.

Always an issue with them forgetting something in your order.
We've had an awful experience here more than once! Paid extra for the sauce and once again it was missing in the bag! Not the first time this has happened. On top of it, the food barely has any substance. Wish I had taken pictures. The flatest burrito and taco! So disappointing.
