Drive thru was completely blocked by an 18-wheeler making its delivery. What else is new? There's always a problem with ordering from this store but usually it's because their service is terrible. So the delivery blockade was a new one. This is the worst Taco Bell in NJ. It's worth driving one town over to the Manville location for better and faster service.

I used the app to place an order and as soon as the order was placed I realized it was the wrong store, so I tried cancelling through the app immediately. The app told me the order couldn’t be cancelled so I tried calling the store, got HUNG UP on twice, then finally they told me I couldn’t cancel the order, move the order to the other store, or refund my order.
