Worst Taco Bell experience yet. They got my order wrong and served me a stale tortilla then weren't even remotely apologetic.
Not a huge fan of the food but it's newly rebuilt and very nice inside.

I used the app to place an order and as soon as the order was placed I realized it was the wrong store, so I tried cancelling through the app immediately. The app told me the order couldn’t be cancelled so I tried calling the store, got HUNG UP on twice, then finally they told me I couldn’t cancel the order, move the order to the other store, or refund my order.

This location is so damn cheap that don’t use heat. Ghetto owners man. It’s like 50 degrees in the restaurant seating area. Manager just giggled when told it’s way too cold in here.
