I don't get it I really don't. Look this is my first time ever at a Melting Pot and probably will be my last. Dinner takes 2-3 hours because you have to cook. Your clothes smell like hot beef broth and oil when you get home. It's not my cup of tea but I know lots of people really enjoy it.

Food and concept is really good. after choosing your food, choose a cheese to dunk it in. You then choose your main entree meat seafood and/or veggies and a liquid to cook them in. Then you choose your chocolate and they bring out a variety of delicious dunking materials, pieces of brownies, fruit, Pound cake, marshmallows and rice Krispy treats. Try and save some l room.The whole experience takes a some time and is little pricey but worth it.

This place was HORRIBLE. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I have been to the Melting Pot in Red Bank, NJ and Bethlehem, PA and had a great experience, but this place was absolutely MISERABLE. We were met by a very rude manager. We had a 6:00pm reservation, and no one came to our table to take a drink order until 6:40pm. The place was dirty, the utensils were dirty, the waiter's hands were dirty. The service was RIDICULOUSLY slow. We did the 4 course meal, and by 9:00pm we hadn't even had dessert and we were incredibly frustrated at this point. Told them we didn't want dessert because this had taken WAY too long, and they still charged us for the 4-course meal. Then had to fight with the unprofessional manager for a refund. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible service, terrible cleanliness, and for the price you are paying, highly unprofessional.

Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful wait staff, and phenomenal food. Spinach artichoke cheese pot is good for beginners. Highly recommend the flaming turtle chocolate dessert! Great for groups as well
