This BK really does have the worst service. Not sure why I bother going. I spent 10 minutes in the drive-through waiting for fries, a rodeo burger and a chicken sandwich, for $16 I might add. No more....

The kids that work here are doing the best they can. I blame the owner for not hiring an adult to supervise his young team. These kids are overwhelmed and are not ready to deal with pressure. So blame management for the food not coming out on time and fresh.
Walked in to place an order and the girl working the drive thru and counter was yelling at this older gentleman who was simply trying to place an order. worst attitude I have ever seen in customer service. I did not place my order and left. there were NO cars at the drive thru either, just the gentleman at the counter.

If I could give no stars I would. I Waited 30 min for a #1. No explanation, no apology. Just awful service. Never going back to this location again.

I wish I could give it zero stars for service. I made the mistake of opting to pick up my order inside the restaurant. These people think we’re still in Covid where no one comes into the building. There were four of us waiting and for 20 minutes I kid you not! they wouldn’t look at any of us. They were too busy getting drive-through orders. I will not be coming back here. It’s a shame.
