I had to wait ridiculously long for an order of fries. You should fire the staff since you have an excess of people standing and doing nothing when you could have served every customer in that time instead.

The girl taking orders on the drive thru today 9/15 at 9pm is horrible, what a poor attitude. Im not even done ordering and shes giving me a total. When i get to the window her face said it all, the burgers were like chewing gum, and cold. The chicken nuggets were like hard rocks. Not to mention the fries were super salty, I”ll check my blood pressure when i get home. Like woman if you don't like what you do, move onnn. Smh!

They wanted me to use a touch screen before eating a meal. I don't touch those nasty germ things. Then they wouldn't sell me a double cheeseburger unless I bought a kids meal. I walked away. What a joke. No burger king has ever told me that. So much for having it your way.

OMG do not eat here. Nothing was good about. It was expensive. It was INCREDIBLY slow. And it wasn’t cooked. Cheese not melted. Lettuce was left on the ground in a box. Floor was sticky. It was awful.
10min waiting for someone to take my order at the drive thru and they kept telling me to wait. There was nobody else at the place. Waste of time….

My son enjoys Burger King regularly but is allergic to sesame seeds -- we go on a regular basis to other locations. The counter employee refused to take my order and was very rude and dismissive. They wanted you to use the kiosk, pay, and then 'find someone' to tell them about the special order. Even when I asked for help, they refused.

I like this rest stop. It’s nice, convenient, clean, and stocked with great choices in food and services. My only disappointment is that they removed all the banner, decorations, and Bon Jovi’s guitar that used to be displayed. It looked much nicer then.
Just a quick breakfast at the Bon Jovi service plaza. Typical BK, lousy coffee, soggy sandwich, but I do love the tater tots (hot and crispy).
