It's closed at the moment for refurb but it's handy when it's open bc food and toilets are available 24/7. Well lit and spacious clean bathrooms.

I drove all the way there just to see Bon Jovi's guitar and his Slippery when Wet award for best album amongst other things like pictures and banners hanging up. well was I very upset when the only thing I saw was the sign outside that read. JON BONJOVI on the outside of the building. there was nothing inside that was Bon Jovi. Half the stores and fast food was closed. and it's open. 24-7. I got there at 10:10 p.m. on a Tuesday night!! Don't waste your time going there if you want to see anything Bon Jovi. very disappointed

It's not that I didn't like it. All rest stops on the parkway are the same. In fact, we had Shake Shack. The burger was delicious. I preferred when Rest Stops were named via town name. To be honest I don't recall where on the parkway this was. Thanks but NO THANKS GOV. MURPHY-!!! Reverse it.

Updated review for 10.21.23Food wasn't so great and candy was expensive! The bathroom was clean so there's that!We would rather not have to eat there and wait for another rest stop though. Burger King chicken sandwich was an emergency food need after not eating all day, but never again!

It’s great that this service area is named for such an iconic Jersey boy Jon Bon Jovi. The service station plays non stop music performed by Jon Bon Jovi and has a few memorabilia’s including a guitar and record award. There are also a few pics throughout the building of him as well as other well-know New Jerseyans. The service location has OK bathrooms, a few eating areas and a small shop. Overall a good tribute for the legend rocker.

Interesting roadside stop. Lots of fun quotes from famous people on the walls. Bathrooms could have used a good cleaning however. All in all a good place to stretch your legs.

*no cash after 9:00pm* BIG INCONVENIENCE. Well, now i know everybody who is from new jersey. Why is my picture not up there? They stop putting toys in the kids meals at 9:00pm at burger king so if you have a hungry, sleepy toddler be forwarned. But it's very clean, well staffed and the employees really are very nice.

Nothing special about this rest stop. It's clean, has the usual store, don't remember the food options because I RARELY stop for food, and there is a pokemon gym (Team Mystic) here with a good amount of spawns.
