Visited dairy queen yesterday while on the move. As the location was along a highway, it was not easy to get to. Parking is at a premium. Employees are friendly and very helpful.
The ice cream products are made fresh and tastes delicious. Prices are average. There are benches alongside the location for users to sit at.

Went here with my boyfriend and their machine charged his card four separate times for one order. The employee even admitted their system was messing up. When we contacted them about it, they basically said “too bad” because we didn’t have a receipt — even though we had clear proof of the charges on his bank account.
They made zero effort to make it right. Not even an apology. We used to come here regularly, but that’s not happening anymore. Not worth supporting a place that doesn’t care about its customers — or their own mistakes.

Absolutely ridiculous. I was charged four times for one order because their card system was glitching. I tried to work it out directly with the store, and instead of taking responsibility, they gave me the runaround and refused to refund me — all because I didn’t have a receipt. I have proof from my bank statement and they still wouldn’t help. You really lost a customer over $18? Pathetic.
I won’t be coming back, and neither will my girlfriend nor family. Hope the extra $18 was worth the bad review and loss of customers.

I’m just wondering waiting like about 20 minutes for getting a nice cup of ice cream and I’m getting the large one it’s nearly 6 dollars. I’ll show you the cup and the amount and when I complained the girl told me that this is it.

Actually the worse service ever experienced. I never write reviews, but this needed to be. All staff needs to be replaced, and probably management also if they keep having these recurring complaints. 2 girls ignoring and kept saying it would “take 5 min” , no one else in store and not even moving just chatting. At least try and make yourself look busy.

Superb! Kind-hearted people work at the store and they make some fantastic ice cream. However, the one star rating is because the salvation does not support online ordering, which means you can't use a lot of the coupons.

Delicious ice cream parlor with a variety of flavors and they have cold cakes... spectacular for those of us who like a frozen cake on our birthday. They must request it 2 days in advance. My children and I enjoyed some delicious ice creams
