On Super Bowl Sunday, I ordered Dairy Queen. I ordered 5 different blizzards. I used grub hub as my delivery service. The ice cream was melted when it arrived. No worries, I can deal with a bit of melted ice cream. What I didn’t understand was how you could send me 5 blizzards that relatively all look alike and not label each blizzard. So I called DQ and a girl picked up the phone, and when I brought it to her attention, she said, you didn’t ask us to do that. I said I thought that would be common sense. So I have 5 melted blizzards for 5 different people, and you can’t tell which one belongs to whom. And while trying to figure it out, the ice cream is just almost entirely melted because of lazy workers who couldn’t take a marker and label them.

Super bad service came here on Monday at 10:35PM and the lady behind the counter was throwing things around and having a meltdown. Wouldnt even acknowledge the customers. No thanks ill take my business somewhere

I love the orange dream machine from Jamba Juice so I figured I would love Dairy Queen's version of an orange drink. Unfortunately, they were so bitter. We did not enjoy them at all. I tried to sweeten them myself, but to no avail. The ladies working were at least kind.

I have lived in the Parlin area of Old Bridge for 25 years of my life and I’ve been a customer at all the ice cream establishments in that area. I must say that in the last few months the quality of service and caliber of personnel employed at this Dairy Queen has made a drastic upswing for the best! I was recently there is past Sunday evening to get a late night snack and was greeted with a big smile and cheerful demeanor by a young lady named Jay, I believe she is one of the newer managers there and if not she certainly should be. She was very efficient, professional and overall just a delight to chat with. Anyone hankering for a sweet treat fix should definitely go check it out..!!

Every time I go to this location it takes approximately 3-5 min per person. Today again it took 15 min to serve 5. Imagine if there is a long line of customers. Always disappointing.

What a bunch of workers who have no idea what they are doing. Taking orders when their soft serve machine are not working and having people wait 15-20 minutes but not giving them what they ordered. Place is poorly run and workers have no clue how to do their job which is probably a representation of management. Avoid this place
