Ordered takeout here 2 years ago noticed it was new owners….. was told pick up in 20 minutes went and waited another 40 minutes then they messed the order up and the food was mediocre at best…… fell for their trap last night order two pies….. I could swear the dough was precooked then added sauce and cheese on it….. tasted like frozen pizza. What happened to the wood fired pizza?….. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Ordered a shrimp Francese from here. Lady over the phone told me it was 20 for the dinner plus a 3.99 delivery fee. She ended up charging my card almost 28 dollars for a simple dinner and charged me a 4$ delivery for 2 miles. Will never order from here again I learned my lesson. Food is also very under seasoned.

I've ordered from here multiple times and while the food is good the service needs improvement. I've ordered from Uber Eats and on multiple occasions have had them cancel my order without reason.

Made the mistake of ordering here via Ubereats. It showed up as near my hotel. After ordering I realized it was 25 minutes out of the way. I drove all the way out there to find out they cancelled my order. Terrible!

Ordered a whole chicken parm sandwich, asked for extra chicken and sauce. I was charged $23. Delivery guy shows up and I bring the sandwich inside the house and unwrap it. What this place calls a “whole” is only half at every other place in town. What this place claims as “extra chicken” is what any other place gives you standard. Pronto pizza will give me a fat sandwich that tastes better, is literally 4 x larger with 4 x the chicken on it , however Pronto charges me less in price and blows this place away. I regret taking a chance on this place and listening to a bonehead friend of mine who orders from there… Don Givanni’s food is not anywhere near worth the cost they charge the customer. I do not recommend

I recently called the restaurant, sight unseen and completely unknown, to order some food for a couple of friends who live in the area. Tyler was extremely helpful and kind. He helped me choose a couple of nice meals and had them delivered at the time I needed. The food was perfect and the service was great. 10/10 would recommend to others.

Orderes uber eats again through here. Disappointed yet again because They cant understand their own menu maybe? Not too sure. Food is good quality but don't expect you'll get what you order all the time English must be hard or their software doesnt match up with Uber Eats software with menu descriptions And why is my mozzarella sticks always taking baths in the sauce?? You spend over 80 bucks, you expect to get what you ordered. Last time I am from here.
Edit: I wanted a sicilian pizza Holy crap Id rather eat the box a DiGiorno pizza comes in than this thing.
