I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and they only gave me an egg and cheese McGriddle. How do you mess that up

Nice manager and staff. Always helpful and friendly. Food is fresh, hot & always accurate. Clean dining area and restrooms. Convenient location but concerns pulling in when there’s a line. Pedestrians need to walk through the drive thru line. Cara cal also back up on to Rt 9. It’s my local stop & I’ll be back. Keep up the great work.

Easily one of the worst McDonald's in the area. They do super slow. Came on Saturday. Nobody in drive thru. Mobile order for 2 meal deals. Nothing crazy. Of course had to wait in reserved spots. Still no customers. Few customers and 20 minutes later their are now 4 others waiting and then then finally brought everyone's food out. Mine was cold most likely sat there while other customers had their orders done so they didn't have to make multiple trips

Busy spot so I know mistakes can happen but to make you wait for your order in a spot for 20 min and still mess up is ridiculous. Then none of the sandwiches that have lettuce had actual lettuce. Told the worker and with an attitude she had to go in the fridge to get the lettuce. So who knows how many people were dissatisfied with their food once they got home. Very annoying. It's too expensive now to just let it slide. Always an issue here.

The experience was very bad, they treated me badly, they delivered my order and they poured a soft drink on me. I have my service pet. People asked me if he was a service pet and I told him yes and his gesture was despicable.

This place is really different in the wrong way I do a job application in mc hired and in the store website I apply for morning they call me give me a job interview first they can't find My application I show them the screm shot because was not the first time they'd fo this to me afther get my information they tell me they only looking for pre closed and closed shifts I say thanks that was in july 2024 so I go to do another application and in the application I mark preclose they set a other interview for August when I get there the manager who do the interview not show up so they call him and give another day I go back on September 2024 I wait for 1:30 for him to be available he seat got my name and tell me they can't find my application again ask me what hours I was available to work I say pre close he look at me and say we only need people for the morning I tell him last time you saying you no need no one for morning they inly hiring prople who they know and only young people who they can't easy control only the manager past the 25 years gap everyone is young I believe I was discriminate for my age I have over 15 years experience in restaurant and my first job was MC DONALD'S FOR 11 YEARS THIS PLACE from one of the maneger call ALFREDO to the last maneger need a upgrade NEXT STEPS CALL. Corporate legal department and see what they day probably nothing but I Will call anyways avoid this MC DONALD'S the only good reviews they have here is for the employees who work there or family members no good reviews came from real customers
