We stopped in on Sunday afternoon. The service and staff were excellent.
Large, clean bathrooms and a bunch of spots to pick up some fast food like Starbucks and Burger King. As of now, however, there is no gas at the rest stop. Also, there isn't really an option to buy snack and drinks. There a few soda machines and that is really it.
The Popeyes and Starbucks we got from here was amazing. I was shocked given it’s a rest area. Both vendor areas were clean and tidy and staff were polite. I’ll definitely drop in again if I’m driving on the Garden State.
Just stopped here after the renovation and there’s not one thing inside that has anything to do with Bon Jovi wtf
They have auntie Anne’s pretzels 🥨❤️. Good for getting gas and using the restroom while on long road trips
Easy to find. Bus was a little late but is now headed to AC

Rest area is ok but why is Walt Whitman on a wall as a NJ luminary? He was born and raised on Long Island, lived most of his live in Brooklyn, died in jersey. Maybe jersey is what killed him? Lol

Dirty and old fixtures in bathrooms: some of which do not work.
Why rename it for someone who could not even finish at the local high school?
Very friendly staff, but what is the name of the store inside of the place that has the shirts and snacks and stuff.
