Even Jalapeno bites are not fried properly. McDonald's across the street is much better, we used to visit both till now. But will not visit Burger King again.

Ordered my food while heading to my place of work decided it’s been a while since I’ve had Burger King so I’m gonna stop by and grab me a sandwich. I grabbed a double whopper meal and as I’m eating on my way to work, I noticed some unfamiliar flavors in a whopper like mustard and what I thought were pickles were actually jalapeños. I just happen to be deathly allergic to jalapeños so as I’m eating my sandwich and noticing that it’s getting hard and harder for me to breathe, I look at the sandwich and I noticed the jalapeños spit out the sandwich that I’m chewing now mind you I’ve eaten half of the sandwich. Pulled over on the side of the road vomited and had to use my EpiPen to save my life after sitting in a parking lot for 30 minutes. I mean my way to my office which was the closest place by and tried calling the location from 2:10 in the afternoon all the way till 330 this afternoon. The phone was busy once I was able to get through the people were extremely rude. They kept passing my call along to people who honestly did not understand English, and that’s not being being rude or being nasty. They did not understand what I was saying someone needs to reach out to me ASAP. Before I reach out to my lawyer and sue the hell out of this, Burger King

I stopped by this Burger King on my way to Paterson and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered the Impossible Burger meal (with fries and a Coke) along with jalapeño poppers.
The Impossible Burger was unfortunately very hard, almost inedible, and the fries tasted stale, as if they had been reheated. The jalapeño poppers were fine, but overall the meal didn’t meet expectations—especially since I was hungry and had a long drive ahead of me.
I did call the restaurant right after, but there was no manager on duty to authorize a refund. The staff member I spoke with was polite, but couldn’t do much without a manager present.
My suggestion for anyone visiting is to double-check your food before leaving the parking lot, especially if you’re not from the area and don’t have time to turn back. Hopefully management sees this and works on consistency and customer support, because this location could definitely improve.

So it's been a long time coming to write this review the people that work. Ed, there were very nice but I have a problem with the food constantly with freshness. If I go in the morning for breakfast, I usually get hard home fries. French toast sticks are hard. If I go in the afternoon, my onion rings are hard as a rock. The bread is stale it's not fresh... If I had another Burger King closer to me, I would not even go there anymore, which is kind of gearing toward that way. Anyway, yeah, they need to make things fresher, and then it would be great. I know that there's a certain time zone where you're supposed to discard food items after sitting under the lights for so long. You need to follow that burger king rule..

Very rude staff here. The man working here at the drive thru on 12/11/2024 in the evening, was very rude. I went to get the impossible whopper, to which I was told it is discontinued. I asked if he has any other vegetarian options. He said no and they have nothing for me there. To me his tone and telling me they have nothing for me here, is not how you work in customer service. Please hire better people.

There was no one in the parking lot and no one in the drive through, but my food was put together like it was rushed. All condiments on my whopper were to one side and they exploded all the mozzarella sticks.
On top of that they didn't mix my chocolate milkshake and when I asked her to mix it more she gave me attitude and still tried to hand it to me, I asked one more time and walked away where I could still clearly see her for a moment without remixing it and handed it back to me again...
Terrible food, terrible service. Don't go here.
