Great workers who know how to make some good coffee's đđŒ.. Im here everyday for my dunkin
Took hot chocolate and hash browns for my family and me on a cold rainy Saturday hoping to get relief.
Unfortunately the hot chocolate though hot was watery as anything.
Hash browns were fine.
Disappointed !!
Hope they get it right next time.
Love it
Short kid with brown wavy hair at register is incompetent and rude. Not sure how he's still employed. My coffee was very bitter (and made incorrectly) and the hashbrowns were raw. I threw up later that day. Probably not coming in again until I hear he's fired. Disappointing because this is the closest Dunkin to me but alas I will be driving the extra ten minutes to a different one.
Rude staff, no donuts, employees did not greet or acknowledge us as we stood at the counter waiting to be served.

Big fan of a toasted bagel twist ... with butter or cream cheese. The staff at this location are polite and attentive.

PROs - location , service was ok , restrooms
CONs - coffee taste not consistent
Good location. Dropped by this Dunkin today when in Monmouth jn. Had ordered a latte with extra shot of espresso, but the latte tasted less âcoffeeâishâ .. that too with an extra shot it really didnât taste like dark coffee. Even the regular coffee isnât consistent . Some days itâs good and some days itâs really watery .
Hashbrowns were ok. Nice and crispy .. service was awesome .. the guy making hashbrowns etc was so quick . Hardwork but he.made it look so easy . Kudos to him. Billing was quick too: .. few chairs inside to sit and eat. Restrooms are good . Overall a good experience but they could make it better with consistency in latte!!!

This Dunkin has been open for many years, they have always had the same quality coffee and donuts, and that quality level has always been high. I forget if it's been the same owner all this time but you will see the owner frequently if you frequent this place and that gives me good vibes, because he cares enough to be there. There's plenty of parking, you may have to drive to the other side of the building.
Parking: There is usually parking around the corner of the building, if the dunkin' donuts side fills up.

Feel like the crew used to be better. Every time on my mobile order, the sandwich is 50/50 shot of being correct as they never look at what cheese you select. I've drastically paired down my visits to this location.

Coffee was bland with zero flavor and the egg bites were cold. Lackluster at best. Not impressed.

The hash brown I ordered for my 6 year old kid. it was uncooked and some of them overcooked, hard like a stone. I think they gave me yesterday remains fried it again. My daughter refused to eat that and when I checked it was hard like stone. What type of quality food they are serving? disgusting !

People handing out orders lack customer service skills. Itâs obvious they donât want to be there and didnât even label cups and when asked expected customer to do it after handing them the labels.

I ordered hash browns and bagel bites, they barely heated either of those through. It was still cold.
