I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt this was necessary. I stopped by Playa Bowls recently and was really disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the place. I saw a baby roach crawling near the counter area, and there were ants around the prep space, which made me super uncomfortable. For a place that serves fresh fruit and health-based foods, I expected way better hygiene. The floor looked dirty, blenders looked stained, the trash was overflowing, and it didn’t seem like the employees were too concerned about maintaining a clean space or were maybe too busy to do so (overworked). I couldn’t even enjoy my bowl knowing what I just saw. Definitely won’t be returning. Health department might want to take a look at this location.

Walking into PB is always a breath of fresh tropical air! The atmosphere is always inviting and staff has not failed me yet. The choices are always plentiful and my Electric Mermaid reigns supreme.

I’ve been meaning to do a survey since I started going to this place months ago . Firstly I been to several locations , this is by far the best location . The staff is so pleasant and welcoming . They call me by my name and deliver my order to my table . I never been serviced like this at any other playa bowl . The staff also make my bowl the best ! I love this place 🩶🩶🫶🏾
