I have an amazing experience every time I stop in to my local Starbucks. I'm assuming Megan is the manager because she has turned the place around. Before the renovations, everyone was doing their job and what they gotta do.After renovations, it feels like everything was new, even the entire staff team.Example, like a few weeks ago I've encountered a girl who only knows how to make Espressos and Lattes. Her manager LEFT HER THERE ALONE to do the opening shift without any experiance!She had to call her co-workers to make a frappuccino! I feel super sorry for her to be in that situation! I was also being very paitent with her because of the situation she was in.If your employees are still new, dont let them open the store on their own! That dosent make any logical sense, you as a manager HAS TO BE THERE FOR HER TO OPEN!
