I have an amazing experience every time I stop in to my local Starbucks. I'm assuming Megan is the manager because she has turned the place around. It's obvious she takes great pride in doing her job. Her knowledge and customer service are unmatched.They should bring in more people like her.Thanks Megan.

This place is hit or miss on whether it’s even open. If it is open, there’s only one person working so service is super slow.

I usually come here all the time after work. Before the renovations, everyone was doing their job and what they gotta do.After renovations, it feels like everything was new, even the entire staff team.Example, like a few weeks ago I've encountered a girl who only knows how to make Espressos and Lattes. Her manager LEFT HER THERE ALONE to do the opening shift without any experiance!She had to call her co-workers to make a frappuccino! I feel super sorry for her to be in that situation! I was also being very paitent with her because of the situation she was in.If your employees are still new, dont let them open the store on their own! That dosent make any logical sense, you as a manager HAS TO BE THERE FOR HER TO OPEN!
This Starbucks location has been recently renovated. It looks nice however they have new employees and they don’t even know how many espresso shots go into the different sizes. A few weeks ago I basically got hot milk instead of a latte. Today I got a hot cup of foam. Both of these drinks were ventis. Not going back anytime soon.

On a road trip with three kids. Stopped here to get a black coffee. Got on line and they throw up a chalk board saying "On a Break Until 5pm." Failure is an option.

Went to Starbucks to work for a little and to get some tea. It was closed on a Tuesday at 12:20. There was a sign stating they will be back at 12:50. Closed in the middle of the day is not ideal.

This store is convenient and all but its often closed for some inexplicable reasons, and that too sometime right in the morning around 9 tor 10 AM. May be they are short on staffed or something else.The baristas are otherwise always nice ( when its open)

Easy access. Ample parking. Spacious interior, enjoyed our coffee indoors at a comfortable table with chairs. Excellent staff who did not disappoint.
