Placed a mobile order for pickup at 11:50 pm on 8.20.25, the app (and Google) says they close at 1 am. Sent my husband to go pick it up and when he pulled up to the speaker he was told they were closed and only doing DoorDash orders. Then he said the grill wasn’t working (which honestly is bs, it’s not broken, it was just turned off).

He told “Giovani” (that’s the name he gave my husband, not sure if that’s the correct name or if I’ve spelled it correctly) that the app says they close at 1 for drive thru and the app took his order. And also, if you’re doing DoorDash orders, you clearly still have the capability to make food? He told my husband that he could come back tomorrow and get it and he was like “no? I placed the order now, I’m not coming back for it tomorrow”. He then told us (I’m on the phone at this point) to cancel it through the app except we can’t because it literally will not let us (it says the order was processed and can’t be canceled). He then just gave my husband a receipt and said to come in tomorrow to figure it out.

1. You’re closed/grill isn’t working but you’re doing DoorDash orders? 🤨
2. Why are you not able to refund the order then and there?
3. Why do you keep changing what the story is as to why you can’t fulfill the order?

Ridiculous.

This wendys is constantly making my mobile order for drive thru before I arrive. So when I get my food it's cold and soda is watered down from the ice. Third time this week they did this.

Their portion sizes are out of control. Not only do they give you less food, they INCREASED the prices. The chicken cutlet itself is hardly bigger then a regular sized spoon lmao.

They also consistently forget the stuff you ask for, I cant speak for other establishments however this one has gotten bad.

Unfortunately another classical American resturaunt chain going to hell.

As of April 8th, 2025 this Wendy's offers new Frosty sundaes. The 3 flavors are: Strawberry, Caramel and Hot Fudge. We ordered the Caramel and it was delicious! Highly recommend!
