i enjoy Wendy’s food and have been to many different locations. I can understand an order being wrong, but this food was literally disgusting. Not one item but all of it was actually disgusting and god only knows what was done to it. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location

This Wendy's is by far the worst one I've ever been to! Tonight my Baconator and Baconator fries had shredded cheddar cheese on them! It was ridiculous! Idk how they have 4 stars! And the previous time I got delivered a chicken sandwich with no Bun!!

This is consistently the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of spending money in. Naturally, an order gets messed up on occasion, but you have to actually try to mess up as much as this location does

This was my first time trying a burger from Wendy's, and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste—it was better than I expected. I chose to visit this location because it’s the closest burger restaurant to my workplace. The restaurant is conveniently located near the TownePlace Suites hotel in Cranbury, so I imagine many hotel guests also stop by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

They didn’t give me fries and charged me for it. This is after I had to correct my order multiple times. It was just one combo meal!

Staff is very rude. An online order was placed and a mistake was made, I placed order and jumped in car to head over. I Ordered a sandwich with mayo but needed it w/o. Granted the error was on my behalf but once an online order is placed, it's placed and no changes could be made. So when I get to pick up and tell the cashier the above, she got upset. She became rude, showed no understanding, and attempted to speak to me in a child like manner or in a condescending demeaning way. She then attempted to tell me that I was going to wait awhile now because I should've done it right. However the wait was not long, thank goodness as I was on my lunch break. People shouldn't go into fast pace and high pressure work places if they cant handle what it comes with.
