Latino Guy at 7.45pm drive thru messed up both burgers for my son's and then gave me a salad with no dressing or tortilla chips or sunflower seeds. Just a dry salad that cost 11$ and 2 messed up burgers that cost 8$. HORRIBLE.

I bought two salads and a 10 piece and they FORGOT the 10 piece!!!! and then when i called them, they didn’t pick up!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE $24 of my own hard ones money just STOLEN because of their negligence to double check their orders. DO NOT go here.

This location is consistently disappointing. The food is always either old or cold, and today was the last straw. I usually order a Baconator, but even when I try to keep it simple by ordering just the sandwich (not the combo, since that takes forever), the experience is still terrible.

Today I spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru for one sandwich. They didn’t give me a receipt—without even asking if I wanted one—and when I finally took my first bite, the bacon was so tough I had to pull it all out. What’s the point of paying for a Baconator if the bacon isn’t even edible?

I kept giving this place chances hoping it would improve, but it’s clear the quality here is not getting better.
