i ordered 2 weeks ago for valentines day. payed for 2 day shipping and $150 worth of macarons and still never even shipped yet. never reply to any email, never pickup the phone and never reply on facebook either. not a good experience at all!
terrible, non-existent customer service. Takes money for next day shipping orders they have no intention of fulfilling. total theft and fraud.
