I can’t order here on saturdays becuase I’m on hold for 15 minutes at 815 am . My wife is yelling at me asking why I didn’t order the food yet . This was never like this. Now my wife is mad. Something up I think they changed owners. Not the same service. Not coming here anymore if I cannot call in a order

When a customer orders something with their food and you don’t have it, but present them with a close bag that you as the customer believe contains your complete order but doesn’t, you should let them know that it doesn’t before the leave.

I love the variety of bagels they have, but the JA-LA-PE-ÑO bagel is on another level 👏🏻. This is the one I forward to soooo good, must try!

very small and very nasty food i ordered a bacon egg and cheese and i found a dead fly i had to waste my $5 on trash never going back there again stay safe!

Yummy yummy pumpkin tummy

Used to be so good, ordered regularly but the quality went way down. My strawberry cream cheese today was so disgusting. Seemed like regular cream cheese with red dye.

Food is always amazing, service is quick whether you call in/order in person, atmosphere is nice and comfy with TV and coffee. My go to breakfast spot when im feeling fancy.

Nice staff. Decent food. But this place like many others are incapable of making crispy bacon. No matter how many times you ask..It's never crispy...

I don’t know what they’re putting in their bagels now but it’s blue. At first I thought it was something that was on the knife when it was cut. But this is mixed in the batter. I noticed after I ate half ? Loved this place but will never eat here again.

Very disappointing service, always rude and today, the last time I will be patronizing this place, I was turned away from receiving my prepaid order because the staff wanted to pack up early. My feedback to the establishment: don't use the 'too good' platform of you don't intend to honor it.
