This used to be my go-to place for bagels but recently the bagels seem under-cooked. The last 3 visits the bagels were very chewy / doughy inside. My family noticed this too. Shame that I'll have to find another bagel place since I really like the coffee here.

They said everything was all halal meats served when I had asked. How come you guys don’t advertise that you only serve halal meats? You would get more Muslim customer base.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. If the phone isn’t off the hook, they hang up the phone before answering. Every time I’ve gone in there when this happens they aren’t even busy enough to ignore the phones. Half the time the girls were on their cell phones texting instead. I work in customer service and have never seen a reason for this behavior… they’re food isn’t even worth the headache. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and the results are the same for over a year. Id give 5 negative stars if i could.

This place is good but they do not adhere to their hours. I arrived at 1:40 and the grill was cleaned off which means I couldn't order anything. They don't close until 4!!! How do you stop yhe grill over 2 hours before you close??

Got bagels after a run at around 10:30 and the service was quick and they were so friendly. Ample and open space with many tables as well as tables outside.
Went to USPS and was craving for a coffee and bagel. ? dropped into this place since it was just opposite to USPS . Saw some seats outside and a good amount of seating inside . Service was good . The lady in the counter was smiling and taking orders with a positive attitude . Lots of parking outside . Inside atmosphere was good .
Saw lots of bagels and looks like it is made there . Looked fresh . Had a bagel toasted cream cheese and it was good… bagel could have been more toasted but tasted good . Also ordered a Latte coffee .. ☕️ could have had an extra shot as the latte was more frothy and milky. Billing and service was quick . Good experience overall. Need to try other breakfast and lunch menu sometime . 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely disgusting. I just threw out everything I bought. Waste of 23$. Pork roll taste like salami or something number one. The French toast platter with eggs meat and hash browns was all literally grease and oil. Like Jesus Christ care a little bit about what you’re giving people. Never again. Everything is in the garbage except the 2 lousy pieces of French toast for my daughter. Thanks for making me waste my money 👍🏼 and it wasn’t even busy so there’s no excuse to why it was rushed and absolutely gross.
